Choc Mint Protein Balls

These Choc Mint Protein Balls are the perfect nourishing snack — rich in cacao, refreshing peppermint, and made with simple whole food ingredients. With a creamy cashew base (or your favourite nuts), they’re packed with healthy fats, plant-based protein, fibre, and minerals to help support sustained energy and satiety throughout the day.

Quick and easy to whip up, these little bites are naturally delicious and a beautiful way to nourish your body while still feeling like a treat.

Ingredients:

  • 100g Cashews

  • 160g Desiccated coconut

  • 6 Drops peppermint oil (food grade)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 180g Fresh pitted dates (Medjool)

  • 50g Cacao powder

  • 4 tbsp Protein or Collagen powder of choice (if desired)

  • 50g Coconut oil

  • Desiccated coconut for coating

Method:

1)    Add all ingredients and pulse until mixture sticks together.

2)    Add a dash of water if needed, until desired texture is reached.

3)    Roll into balls and coat in coconut.

4)    Store in airtight container in the fridge.
