Salted Caramel & Hemp Protein Balls
These salted caramel + tahini hemp protein balls are the perfect balance of indulgence and nourishment. Naturally sweet with a hint of sea salt, they combine creamy tahini and caramel notes with plant based hemp protein for a satisfying, energy boosting bite. Rich in healthy fats, fibre and complete plant protein, these bliss balls support stable energy, muscle recovery, and overall well-being, without refined sugars or artificial ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
220g fresh pitted dates
2 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp hemp protein powder (or protein of choice)
hemp seeds for coating
Method:
1) Add all ingredients and pulse until mixture sticks together.
2) Add a dash of water if needed, until desired texture is reached
3) Roll into balls and coat hemp seeds.
4) Store in airtight container in the fridge.
