Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

A wholesome twist on the classic favourite, this rich and creamy chocolate hazelnut spread is made with real food ingredients and none of the refined sugars, seed oils, or artificial additives found in conventional spreads. Packed with the natural goodness of hazelnuts and raw cacao, it’s a nourishing option that feels indulgent while supporting balanced energy and satisfaction. Perfect spread on toast, drizzled over fruit, added to smoothies, or enjoyed straight from the spoon, this healthier “Nutella” is a simple and delicious way to bring more whole foods into your day.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Roasted Hazelnuts

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup raw cacao powder

¼ cup sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup) *Adjust according to your palette

Pinch salt

½ cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)

Method:

1) Blitz hazelnuts in food processor to a meal

2) Add remaining ingredients and blend until a smooth paste is formed

3) Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. It can also be frozen if making in batch amounts.
