Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
A wholesome twist on a household favourite. This rich and creamy chocolate hazelnut spread is made with real ingredients, and none of the refined sugars, seed oils, or artificial additives found in conventional spreads. Packed with the natural goodness of hazelnuts and raw cacao, it’s a nourishing option that feels indulgent while supporting balanced energy and satisfaction. Perfect spread on toast, drizzled over fruit, added to smoothies, or enjoyed straight from the spoon. This healthier “Nutella” is a simple and delicious way to bring more whole foods into your day.
Ingredients:
2 cups roasted hazelnuts
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup raw cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup
pinch of salt
½ cup milk of choice
Method:
1) Blitz hazelnuts in food processor to a meal
2) Add remaining ingredients and blend until a smooth paste is formed
3) Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. It can also be frozen if making in batch amounts.
