Macadamia + Berry Protein Ball

Bursting with antioxidant berries and loaded with nourishing hemp protein, these macadamia protein balls are the perfect blend of brain fuel and polyphenol power. A wholesome, energy packed bite for a busy day.

Ingredients:

 

·      140g Macadamias

·      140g Cashews

·      140g Shredded coconut

·      140g dried Goji, Sour Cherries, Wild Blueberries, Cranberries (make a mix of your favourites)

·      2 tbsp Almond Butter

·      4 tbsp Hemp protein powder (or protein of choice

Method:

 

1)    Add all ingredients and pulse until mixture sticks together.

2)    Add a dash of water if needed, until desired texture is reached

3)    Roll into balls or press into a tray

4)    Store in airtight container in the fridge.
