Elderberry Immune Gummies

Homemade gummies are a great base to help boost the immune system and support gut integrity. Made from my immune syrup which is not only used for immune support but particularly delicious used as a tea, cordial, gut gummies or to favour your favourite sweet meals.
I use the syrup all year round to keep the bugs at bay. Elderberries fight and protect against viral and bacterial infections, whilst supporting immune function.

Gelatin is a great setting agent and healing amino acid for our gut lining and immune support.

  • Also source good quality gelatine powders. As not all gelatine powders are the same
