Overnight Keto Bircher

A twist on the classic overnight oats, swapping oats for crunchy nuts and seeds, skipping the sweet apple juice, and soaking in creamy almond milk and coconut cream.

Easy, nutrient packed, with some exciting nutrient-dense add on’s.

Ingredients:

Soak overnight:

1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
2 Tbsp crushed nuts of choice
1 Tbsp hemp protein powder (or protein powder of choice)
200ml almond milk (or milk of choice)
3 Tbsp coconut cream.
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch cardamom

Optional: Change the flavour by adding cacao, maca, turmeric, greens power or matcha

1) Leave in fridge overnight
2) In morning top with berries, coconut yoghurt or extra nuts/seeds
