Matcha Chia Pudding

A vibrant, protein rich chia blend that energises and calms in one spoonful.

Matcha delivers a gentle green lift, balanced by L-Theanine, an amino acid that supports focus, mental clarity and a sense of calm alertness. Combined with chia seeds rich in omega-3’s, fibre, and plant protein, this pudding fuels your body and steadies your mind.

Ingredients:

·      Hemp seeds, pepitas and any extras for toppings

·      6 tbsp chia seeds

·      2 tsp vanilla

·      4 tsp Matcha (or to your taste. I am a lover of matcha)

·      2 tbsp hemp protein (or protein of choice)

·      2 cups coconut yoghurt (or greek yoghurt) + extra to top puddings with

·      3/4 cup of Almond Milk (or milk of choice. Tiger or macadamia is great here also)

·      2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (maple, agave, rice malt etc) optional 

Method:

1)    Add all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together, until combined. Let sit for at least 4 hrs or overnight until seeds have expanded. You can change the consistency by adding more milk or yoghurt.

2)    Taste and add more matcha or sweetener if needed

3)    Top with yoghurt, nuts/seeds or your favourite granola mix
