INGREDIENTS
1 cup Mango (frozen)
1 cup Coconut water milk (or milk of choice)
4 Brazil Nuts
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt or coconut kefir
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp fresh Turmeric chopped (or dry)
2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 Tsp Dulse flakes
2 Tbsp Hemp protein powder
Ice cubes (optional)
METHOD
1 Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
