Green Goddess Dressing

This delicious green dressing is a staple in my week. I love mixing up a variety of seeds and greens, depending on the seasonal abundance. The consistency is also up to you. Add less water for a thicker sauce, or add more water for a smoother drizzle dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup seeds (I use hemp + pepitas)

  • 2 cups parsley + kale (use any greens you have, broccoli is also a great one to add here)

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • salt & pepper

  • 1/2 -3/4 cup of water (depending on desired consistency)

Method:

1) Blitz all the ingredients together, then add the water in, until you reach a smooth desired consistency is met.

2) Enjoy!
