Pineapple, Turmeric & Ginger Smoothie

This nourishing whole-food smoothie supports inflammation pathways, digestion and respiratory health. Ginger and turmeric provide potent anti-inflammatory compounds, while the pineapple core delivers bromelian, a natural mucolytic and digestive enzyme. Spinach, hemp seeds, and lemon juice add minerals, essential fatty acids, and antioxidant support. A simple, yet functional smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 cup pineapple diced including core

  • 1 tsp ginger (fresh or dried)

  • 1 tsp turmeric (fresh or dried)

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 1 handful of baby spinach or greens of choice

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 cups coconut water

Method:

1) Blitz all ingredients in a high speed blender until smoothie

2) Enjoy!
