Acai + Mixed Berry Smoothie

A nourishing, antioxidant rich smoothie designed to support energy, blood sugar balance and cellular health. Acai powder provides powerful polyphenols to protect again oxidative stress, whilst mixed berries deliver vitamin c and flavours to support immune and skin health. A touch of cinnamon gently assist blood sugar regulation, creating steady, sustained energy. Healthy fats from nut butter and yoghurt support satiety and brain function, paired with collagen and quality protein powder to nourish muscles, connective tissue and gut integrity.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Frozen banana

1 tbsp Acai powder

1/2 cup Frozen berries

1 tbsp Almond butter

1 tbsp Coconut yoghurt (or natural yoghurt)

1 x pinch Cinnamon

1 x tbsp Collagen

1 x tbsp Protein powder (I love hemp protein)

2 x cups Coconut water

METHOD:

1) Blitz all ingredients into a high speed blende until smooth
