'Get you Moving" ~ Smoothie

This fibrous smoothie is a beautiful balance of soluble and insoluble fibre to get you moving for the day. Added prebiotic fibres aid in beneifical bacterial growth (the good guys), whilst supporting healthy transit time and a nutrient dense start to the day.  

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

2.5 cups Coconut water

1 whole Kiwi fruit (top/tail) leave skin on

1 tbsp Slippery elm powder

1 tbsp Flax seeds

1 tbsp Chai seeds

1 tbsp Collagen

½ green apple

1 large handful baby spinach

1 handful Almonds

1 tbsp Coconut or Natural yoghurt

 

1          Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.

2         Blend for 1min, or until smooth

3         Enjoy
