Acai Bowl

 

Ingredients:

 

·      4 tbsp acai powder

·      1 cup frozen raspberries

·      1 cup frozen strawberries (or mixed berries)

·      1 cup almond milk or coconut water

·      ¼ cup coconut cream

·      ½ cup baby spinach

·      1 tbsp collagen

 

Toppings:

·      Sliced banana

·      Chopped almonds

·      Blueberries

·      Chai seeds

·      Coconut chips

·      Cacao nibs

Any toppings that make you taste buds smile!

 

Method:

 

1)    Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.

2)    Add a little more almond milk or coconut water if too thick, the texture should be a little thicker than a regular smoothie.

3)    Add your favourite toppings and enjoy immediately!
