Chocolate Cherry Slice

This slice contains a plentiful amount of protein, healthy fats and vitamins/minerals to curb these unwanted chocolate and sugar craving.

 

Ingredients:

 

·      180g medjool dates

·      160g shredded coconut

·      100g cacao powder

·      80g sour cherries

·      70g cacao nibs

·      50g dried cranberries

·      50g hemp seeds

·      40g coconut oil

·      60g cacao butter

 

 

Method:

 

1)    Add all ingredients except cacao nibs and hemp seeds pulse until mixture sticks together.

2)    Add a touch of water if needed

3)    Fold through nibs and hemp seeds

4)    Roll into balls or press into a tray 

5)    Store in airtight container in the fridge.
