Turmeric & Mushroom Hot Toddy

A spiced therapeutic latte, with warming nervous system support. Made with anti-inflammatory Indian spices, creamy cashew milk and nutrient dense mushrooms, this is the perfect drink to calm your anxiety, nurture your soul or help you drift off to sleep at night.

Ingredients:

 

·      1 cup Cashew Milk

·      ½ Tsp Turmeric

·      ¼ Tsp Cardamom

·      ¼ Tsp Cinnamon

·      ¼ Tsp Ginger

·      ½ Tsp Mushroom powder

·      Crack of Black Pepper 

·      ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract

·      1 Tsp Maple Syrup (optional)

 

Method:

 

1)    Heat Cashew milk in a small saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until warm 

2)    Add ingredients (except maple syrup) and stir to combine and let infuse for 1-2 minutes.

3)    Remove from heat, pour into your favourite mug and add sweetener to taste
