In this 2 week program we focus on intermittent fasting principles, coupled with some of my favourite smoothie recipes and whole food protein + healthy fat meals.
We focus on cleansing, digestion and kicking those cravings or unwanted kg’s that may have hung around a little longer than excepted or a little challenge before the summer festive season.
