Hemp and Chai Porridge

This warm and creamy winter’s breakfast is full of essential fatty acids, good quality protein and fibre and a bunch of flavour and extra vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

·      60g hemp seeds

·      40g chia seeds

·      1tsp vanilla

·      2 tsp cinnamon

·      1 tsp cardamom 

·      300g coconut milk

·      100g almond Milk 

·      20g sweetener of choice (maple, agave, rice malt etc) optional  

Method:

1)    Add all ingredients into a small pot and stir for 5-10 mins until hemp/chai seeds have expanded and porridge has become thick

2)    Taste and add more spice or sweetener if needed

3)    Top with berries, sliced banana or your favourite nut or granola mix
