Nutritional science is the study and understanding of the human body with connections to chemistry, biology and food science. The focus is on the role that food and nutrients play to support and sustain wellbeing.
When clinically assessing the human body, it’s crucial to look at where it all begins – the mouth. We need to understand how nutrients are absorbed by the body, broken down and utilised. Our digestion and gut microbiome are the foundations upon which the body systems really start to communicate.
Our kitchen is taking a short break to nourish our souls and soak up the love of our family and friends afar.
Kitchen is closed 10th December 2024 and will reopen 6th January 2025. You will still find us at this weeks Wednesday Produce Market and Saturday 14th Artisan Markets.

Our gluten-free kitchen serves nourishing meals that are made from real wholefood ingredients. Our growing menu includes seasonal specials, with new menu items added on a regular basis. Individual dietary requirements can also be catered for. If you fancy something that’s not on our menu, please do reach out – we’d love to help you!

Elly is a fully qualified Clinical Nutritionist and passionate foodie with a drive for holistic and lifestyle nutrition.
Personal compliance through individual treatment plans, set with personalised and measurable goals, food education, meal recipes as well as ongoing support provides clients with health results for personal growth and harmony between body and mind.
Elly is an intuitive nutritionist, working with individual client concerns to set achievable goals that help change life symptoms. She believes that all humans want and need to be heard in order to get to the root of food issues and disease states.
“During a clinical nutrition consult, I’ll ask you what your goals are and why you came to see me. I’ll review your family history, medical history, which includes any medications and supplements you are currently taking. I’ll then dive into your stress levels, sleep patterns, energy levels and gastrointestinal function. We’ll discuss your current diet, eating patterns, dietary preferences and cooking ability.
I help my clients overcome long-standing health conditions through adopting healthy eating, addressing vitamin and mineral deficiencies, eliminating ‘bugs’ (parasites, unbalanced gut flora), reducing toxicity, addressing genetics and enabling the body to heal.”

As a wholefoods advocate, Charlie understands the power that nutrition plays in healing the body. She is passionate about cooking wholesome, nourishing wholefood that makes a difference to people’s lives and wellbeing. Charlie is an accredited Food Safety Supervisor, NSW Food Authority.
