Avocado and Hemp Lassi

                     

 

Ingredients:

 

·      1 small Avocado 

·      1 cup Coconut Water 

·      1 cup Coconut Milk 

·      ½ frozen Banana 

·      ¼ cup Hemp seeds

 

 

Method:

 

1)    Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.

2)    Add a little coconut water if too thick, the texture should be a little thicker than a regular smoothie.

3)    Sprinkle with hemp seeds and enjoy!
