Peppermint and Cacao Tea

The perfect after-dinner mint experience. Great to have when those 3pm sugar cravings or slump hits! Or as a nice cosy after dinner treat.

Ingredients:

 

·      1 peppermint tea bag or a tsp of loose tea leaves

·      2 Tsp Cacao Powder

·      ½ Tsp Maple Syrup (optional)

·      2-3 Tbsp Coconut Milk (or to taste)

 

 

Method:

 

1)    Boil the kettle, fill a mug ¾ full of water and let steep for 3-4 minutes.

2)    Add Cacao, Maple Syrup and Coconut Milk and combine.
