Gut Healing Smoothie
I love the simplistic and nutrient dense profile this smoothie offers. I have had clients turn their nose up to some of the ingredients (especially the bone broth!) until they try it.
It’s a must for healing and sealing our gut lining and a gentle meal for our digestive system.
Ingredients:
· 1 ½ cups coconut water
· ½ cup frozen raspberries
· ¼ cup frozen blueberries
· 1 Tbsp dehydrated bone broth
· 2/3 cup coconut yoghurt
· Handful of greens or small cucumber
· 2 tsp cinnamon
· 1 tbsp slippery elm powder
· Ice cubes
Method:
1) Add ingredients into a high-speed bleeder and blitz for 1-2 mins until smooth.
