Breakfast Protein Slice

Whether your digestion hasn’t completely kicked in for a sit down morning meal, you are on the run or you need a small protein blood sugar regulator to enjoy with your morning cuppa. I have turned a simple breakfast muesli, into a slice or bliss ball. High in protein, healthy fats, fibre and blood sugar stabilisers, it’s the preferred option to nothing, enjoy!
